Born in 2022, URATUCUSI is the backstage of challenge—

a creative extension of the TUCUSI spirit.
From here, new movements begin.

It is a place to explore, create, and experiment more freely,
with food at the center of everything.

URATUCUSI shapes the next generation of
culinary resonance.

Catering Services

We bring the sensibility of TUCUSI directly to corporate events, parties, film shoots, and more—
delivering food experiences that truly resonate.

Based in Kansai, we offer on-site cooking, wine pairing, and spatial styling for a variety of occasions.
We are also planning to expand our services to Tokyo and the greater Kanto area.

New Ventures & Projects

We develop projects that connect culture, design, and local communities—
all through the lens of food.

Leveraging our domestic and international networks,
we bring new possibilities to life through restaurant development,
food processing and manufacturing, product design, and retail initiatives.

Working closely with local producers, artisans, and creators,
we aim to build a sustainable ecosystem that links
those who make with those who enjoy food.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand globally—particularly across Asia—
establishing hubs that bridge local traditions with global food culture.
