On May 7, 2026, a new gyoza tavern, “Maison Gyoza by Tucusi,” opened in Sonezaki, Osaka.

Maison Gyoza by Tucusi is a new project born from the restaurant TUCUSI, centered around the theme of “gyoza and tavern culture.”
Our small handmade pan-fried gyoza (Japanese dumplings) are carefully wrapped fresh in-store every day, offering a light yet savory flavor that makes you want to keep eating more. Alongside our classic garlic gyoza, we also serve varieties infused with the gentle aroma of ginger, each crafted with careful attention to ingredients and balance.
Paired with beer, highballs, and other drinks that perfectly complement gyoza, we aim to create a casual neighborhood spot where people can gather to eat, drink, and share time together.
Carrying forward the atmosphere that TUCUSI has cultivated — connecting people and the city through food — Maison Gyoza by Tucusi offers a more relaxed, everyday space, bringing a new warmth and light to the streets of Sonezaki.
